On cold winter nights, use Peter Vella Merlot to make a delicious mulled wine. Simply add cloves, cinnamon, an orange (peeled and sliced), and 1 Tablespoon of honey to 2 cups of Peter Vella Merlot. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan over very low heat. Stir frequently be careful not to overheat, and serve your mulled wine warm.
